Chasey Briggs, soprano, is based in Kansas City, Missouri. Receiving her Bachelor of Arts in performance at Wingate University, she held notable roles such as The Usher in Gilbert and Sullivan’s Trial By Jury (2017) and Rezia in Oberon (2021.) She debuted two principle roles in debut operas and sangsolos in chamber works. Since that time, Chasey has performed the Bach Weihnachtsoratorium and Barber’s Reincarnations with LightAir productions. She has performed in many churches around Kansas City and is a choral scholar at Immanuel Lutheran Church. Chasey is pursuing her Master of Music in Vocal Performance at the University of Missouri in Kansas City.
