Erin Gilmore, dramatic soprano, is excited to perform the role of Mrs. Gobineau with Dramatic Voices Midwest. She holds both a Bachelor and Master of Music in Vocal Performance from Emporia State University (2013) and a Master of Musicology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (2022.) Erin’s previous roles include Sea Spirit 1 in Passport of the Sea and La Ciesca in Gianni Schicchi with The American Opera Studio, as well as Miss Jessel in The Turn of the Screw with Red River Lyric Opera. A frequent performer with The American Opera Studio, Erin studies under Dr. Bill Hall. She currently resides in Overland Park, Kansas with her husband, their five year-old son, three year-old daughter and their pets.
