Jennifer Weiman
Mezzo-Soprano, Jennifer Weiman, originates from Davenport, Iowa. Her previous operatic roles include Cherubino (Le nozze di Figaro), Jo (Little Women), Nero (L’incoronazione di Poppea). Jennifer has been seen on the local musical theater stage as Jenny in The Barn’s production of Company, and with Shawnee Mission’s Theater in the Park as Marie/Fairy Godmother in Cinderella as well as Glinda in their production of The Wizard of Oz. Ms. Weiman has previously been a member of the GRAMMY® Award-winning Kansas City Chorale. She is currently in her fourth year as a member of the Lyric Opera of Kansas City chorus.
Ms. Weiman holds both a Bachelor of Music degree in Voice as well as a Masters of Music in Opera Performance degree from Wichita State University. She currently teaches choir at Hickman Mills Middle School and has a private voice studio.
Jennifer has been married to Jordan Voth for 10 years and loves sharing her life with him. They have a wonderful dog named Ramona and all three love to binge watch TV together. Jennifer also enjoys her Playstation 5, bowling, and working out.
