Molly Hon is a Kansas City-based coloratura soprano. Her roles include Suor Genovieffa (Suor Angelica), Poppea (L’incoronazione di Poppea), Dafne (La descente d'Orphée aux enfers), and Le Fée (Cendrillon). She has participated in the Michigan Opera Theater chorus. She has appeared as an apprentice artist with Charlottesville Opera (South Pacific, Opera Outreach). In Kansas City, Molly has sung with Landlocked Opera, Opera On Tap-Kansas City and Cardinalis Chamber Choir. She received her graduate degree at The University of Michigan, under Dr. Freda Herseth, and holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Oakland University.
